Customer review - dryup® cape - Petra Fuehrmann

A bathrobe? Are we serious? This is how many non-dog owners react when the topic comes up in conversation.
But bathrobes are extremely practical: drying off is much quicker and cold-sensitive four-legged friends don't cool down as quickly.
For me, as the owner of Old German Shepherd dogs, there is another decisive advantage:
The coat structure of Old German Shepherds is incredibly weatherproof. Bran has to swim for a really long time before his skin gets wet. The longer top coat and undercoat provide excellent protection against moisture, so he would love to jump into every lake, even in winter. Unfortunately, it takes him several hours to really dry off. During this time, he naturally shakes himself more often to remove even more moisture from his coat. This moisture then ends up on the ceiling of my car, in the hallway or in the living room. Not so nice... I'm not a cleaning freak, but that's a bit too much.
Not so with a bathrobe: the structure of the fur means that it doesn't dry much faster, but he no longer splashes it around... Put it on after bathing and my car and flat stay dry until the dog is dry too.
Bran is wearing the Dryup model from Actionfactory. I like the shape and cut of these best – they're affordable too – definitely recommended!
